Student experience
Students move through a clear sequence: understand current readiness, identify possibilities, choose what to investigate, and receive a plan they can use without another platform or login.
The readiness report
The personalized Student Readiness Report translates responses from seven mini-quizzes into a readable view of current readiness. It explains results across the Four Keys, generates a profile of six workplace-relevant Durable Skills, and introduces five careers the student may be ready to explore.
Results are explained as a current developmental picture, not a permanent label.
Patterns across the seven quizzes generate ratings for problem solving, communication, critical thinking, self-management, adaptability, and learning agility or lifelong learning. Students do not rate these skills directly.
Career suggestions are concrete enough to investigate while leaving room for choice.
The report leads the student into the short “Build My Action Plan” step.
The final Action Plan
The student receives the plan as a PDF attachment by email. That choice keeps access simple for individual students and avoids a separate viewer, password, or support burden.
All five careers, highlighted primary and comparison choices, local outlook and pay, education, video, and the student’s question.
Commitments, requested support, first check-in, and a realistic exploration horizon.
The plan points students toward useful starting places rather than asking them to search from scratch.
The product illustration on this page is anonymized. Public examples should never expose a student or test participant’s name, ZIP code, dates, or open-ended responses.
Student message
The consistent message is developmental: the careers shown reflect the direction a student’s current self-reported readiness may support. Strengthening readiness may make different options attainable.
